Service provider

Orders and conclusion of the contract

• An order placed on the website is a request for a service. It does not create an obligation to pay.
• Within one working day of receiving an order, I email you a proforma invoice. If the scope needs clarifying, I contact you before issuing it.
• The contract is concluded when you pay the proforma invoice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros next to each service. The invoice is paid by bank transfer within the period stated on it. Work starts after payment and the required information have been received.

Provision of services

The scope, result and timing of each service are set out in its description. Timing runs from the day payment and the required information are received.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a private individual), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Let me know at arthur@consiliumprive.com. I will refund the payment within 14 days.

If you asked me to start earlier and the service has been fully provided, you lose the right of withdrawal. If the service has been partly provided, the refund is reduced in proportion to the part provided.

Confidentiality

I use information received during the work only to provide the service and do not pass it to third parties, except where required by law.

Disputes

We try to resolve disputes by negotiation. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt). Lithuanian law applies.
