Every solution is chosen for the individual client: first I find out what you want to achieve, then I propose how to get there. You can come to me with a single question or hand over technology altogether, in which case I act as your permanent CIO.

I look for technology that will get you to your goal and compare the options. If nothing suitable exists, I design and build it. Then I implement it, show you how to use it and keep it running.
I secure the devices, accounts, email and home and office networks used by you and your family. I run regular checks, monitor, and teach people to recognise scams. If an incident happens, I act at once.
I find out what information about you is publicly available and reduce it. I sort out where and how your data is stored, and prepare GDPR documentation and processes for your company.
I keep a small circle of clients so that each gets the attention they need. You deal with me directly, with no intermediaries, and I report on progress as often and in whatever way suits you.
I handle both your personal and your business IT. For companies without their own CIO, I take on that role: planning, vendor oversight, security, GDPR and staff training.
Influencers, athletes, artists and others in the public eye. I secure your social media accounts, reduce the personal information available about you, and step in if an account is taken over or data is leaked.
Home network, children's devices, smart home, travel. I set everything up and look after it so that the whole family, and the people who work for you, can use technology safely.
